An offer from the coach to work closely with Natasha to continue her development including 1 on 1 sessions (she has never had this offer in her career) and a personalized plan to help her improve. The lure of lots of game time at attacking midfield with a young and talented team in one of the strongest women's leagues in the world and really the decision made itself.
